We are hiring. We have an entry-level opening for a full-time receptionist. Read the qualifications, and if you have a great personality and work ethic, you may be a good fit to join our team. Most of our clients access resources online but for those who need phone support, you will guide them with basic information so they can find the therapy and resources they need. There are only a few incoming calls daily but the attention and information you share could be invaluable.
Daily Responsibilities
- Answer, make, and return calls, take messages, and check voicemail all via the Internet ~3-4 calls/hour keep calls under 5-minutes
- Help clients with questions and guide them to self-schedule appointments online
- Post and respond to social media queries
- Entry-level experience as a receptionist or secretary

We are hiring. We have full-time licensed clinical psychologist jobs for mental health professionals with any of the following designations to do African-centered culturally-rooted therapy with underserved populations.
Candidates are required to be licensed by a State Board to provide counseling and hold one of the following designations:
Ph.D. Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Psychologists, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC). In some cases, LPC, PsyD, or similar credentials may be considered).
NOTE: If you are an intern or are doing your practicum or if you require supervision to provide counseling services, please apply to our internship program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments
- Provide counseling/therapy
- Run groups
- Submit therapy notes for sessions within 24 hours of the appointment
- Participate in company team building and practice building activities
- Clinical work only. No admin work except notes
- Flexible hours and client types
